Electronic for professional fryer
Client : Valentine Fabrique
Developed in collaboration with Valentine Fabrique, this new system for professional fryers, called The CORE +, provides optimal, customized control. It features 5 main electronic cards:
- Power management board (max 11 kW).
- Main board to manage all peripherals and temperature control.
- User interface board to manage the display and buttons.
- Capacitive button management board.
- LED display board.
The main innovations are the relay life improvement system (with a hybrid transistor system), oil absence detection and predictive dynamic temperature control.
The system was previewed at the Host (International Hospitality Exhibition) in Milan in October 2023.
