Listening to the customer is the initial stage of our pathway to innovation. This first step consists of analyzing your needs. It’s the preamble of the innovations we will co-create with you. Finally, it means clearly identifying your project in its technical sub-systems and fixing a budget.

Co-creation is an integral part of any outsourced project. This second stage is to put together the team and method of collaboration. The aim is to also nominate a project manager who will be able to provide feedback to your managers for the progression of works at each stage.

In the selection phase, it comes down to sifting through and choosing the most pertinent ideas that fit within multi-factor criteria. We will look at analytical tables to see if all the defined criteria are valid and correspond to your initial expectations, the demands of industrial procedure and market evolution.

The development is carried out in modular teams. The nominated project manager at FiveCo will distribute the different parts of the project to the engineers according to their areas of expertise. Afterwards, each person can truly become autonomous. If necessary, FiveCo might call on another party to add to the skillset needed to bring the projects to completion. We will set out a schedule. We will keep you informed every step of the way, from beginning to end.

Industrialization is a completely different procedure. We put together the specifications which will enable us to figure out the workability of the industrialization of the prototype. In each individual case, we will take on board the industrialization phase or leave it to the charge of the clients if requested.

This is the final step. We will hand you clear and complete documentation that will enable the end user to take hold of the project while understanding the options taken. If necessary, we will set up a training course to be able to come alongside your teams and ensure the handover of skills. At the end, we will also be able to advise you in how to use the product.
