"We can finally welcome all the new members of the team and meet the growing demand from our clients," says its president and founder Antoine Lorotte. After twelve years in business, the Vaud-based company — which employs 10 microtechnology engineers from EPFL — now has a large open-plan space, a workshop, and a showroom. The SME is also launching the "By FiveCo" signature, which will henceforth be affixed to the company's brands as a "guarantee of unique expertise."
Since its founding, FiveCo has placed its creativity at the service of industry, including clients such as Alstom, Hublot, Nestlé, and Maillefer. It handles innovative projects (prototype development) across sectors as varied as medicine, automotive, and watchmaking. Alongside this activity, FiveCo is also developing its own brands: the Secret of Art furniture range containing hidden drawers, and Mémoire du Vin — a solid oak monolith designed to manage a wine cellar. "We are a 100% Swiss company, most of our clients are local, and we have succeeded in diversifying thanks to innovation," concludes Antoine Lorotte.
