Innovation is truly a way of thinking that encompasses many different things — many new discoveries. It's an adventure.
Whether it's embedded development — coding in ultra-low power consumption, right down to assembly language level — or smartphone applications in C#, Python/Django server-side, SQL, or even front-end: we are constantly learning new languages, new tools, new techniques. We're in permanent continuous learning mode, always facing new challenges, always confronted with new ways of implementing something. That's what makes the work genuinely exciting.
The small team size allows for great flexibility and low inertia. When someone learns something new, they very quickly share it with the rest of the team — how to implement something, how to use a new tool. So we're always learning new things and producing new tools.
