Electronic Monitoring Device

In collaboration with Enerplan SA based at Villars-Ste-Croix in Switzerland, FiveCo has developed an electronic monitoring device for viewing and recording the status of multiple switches in an electrical installation. The final goal is to reduce the energy consumption of a building by optimizing the heating and ventilation system.
Based on a microcontroller with an ARM Cortex-M3 core, this system is able to monitor the status of 28 inputs 24VDC or 230VAC, and 4 analog inputs. Data recording is done on an SD Flash card and an Ethernet interface allows for the configuration of the system and the recovery of the data through the network.
